Admittedly, I don't know everything about magic circlets. Like, can they get +3 to all skills? Or just +3 to a specific branch?

    Skill Tree weights

    The weights are set up to try to reflect the importance of having +2 to all skills for the given class, but still leave it possible for a good item with +2 to a specific skill tree to have a fighting chance.

    These weights are subject to change, especially with the rebalancing in patch 2.4. If you have any thoughts on weights for the specific skill trees then please leave a comment down below!
